Privacy is the right of an individual and at MASTER BLUE the information of the customer such as contact no., email, addresses etc. is used only for the internal purpose and not for sale. We at MASTER BLUE condemn the unauthorized reach and misuse and/or disclosure of the personal information of the customer and we have strict guidelines and high security features to prevent the same. Any changes in our ‘Privacy Policy’ will be posted here on the website. The visitor on our website please take a note that your name, email address and other personal information submitted on our website may be stored with us and may also appear on the website. We use ‘Cookies’ to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. The colours we project in the site may vary little due to colour palette setting in your monitor. If you really do not like it and not happy, please contact us the same day of receiving the product by email. We can redress your problem.
Cancellation policy:
Since all products sold on are customized as per the design (images, text etc) selected by the customer from our website, the order cannot be cancelled once the printing has started, or the order is shipped to the customer. The customer can cancel the order on My Account Orders page only if the customization process has not been started. Once the printing process has commenced, cancellation is not possible as the product is permanently customized with customer’s selected image, text etc.
Refund policy:
Refund can only be processed if the order customization has not been started. Since all items are customized as per your design selection, refund is not possible once order customization process has started. You can apply for cancellation of order for refund on My Account Orders page or Track Order page. All eligible refunds will be processed in 7-10 working days, as per your bank’s timeline To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping and Delivery policy:
We ship your order with various courier services like blue dart, Delivery, etc. It takes around 4-5 working days from order placement date, for the courier service to pick up from our place and start the shipping process, however this timeline is tentative and may vary as per specific order requirements. All delivery timelines shown anywhere on the website, app, emails or other modes are estimates only, we do not guarantee the same. We will not be responsible for any kind of delays in delivery or loss of the purchase or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier. You will be informed once your order is shipped, through email and/or text
message. Since the products that have been bought by you are personalized, there would be no return of the same. However, the products that you buy goes through quality check and if there is any issue with respect to the product, we will rectify and keep you informed if there is any delay in shipping.
